A: The ONLY access to Volunteer/Employee parking is off of Reservation Road which is accessed from Highway 20, or Indian Road (via Snee-Oosh from La Conner). Click a map below that shows this clearly:

Q7: What is the bus schedule from Mt. Vernon?
A: Bus # 615 travels from the Skagit Transit Center, Kincaid St. @ I-5, to the Swinomish Nation via La Conner. See the schedule at www.skagittransit.org. – NOTE THE SEPARATE SATURDAY SCHEDULE at the bottom of the page. The fare is only $1. More information: 360-757-4433 or toll-free 877-584-7528..
Q8: I am interested in camping at the La Conner Schools, can you tell me more?
A: Yes! At the La Conner Schools, the middle school soccer fields and middle school gymnasium are available for camping. No vehicles are allowed on the fields, and no one is allowed on the baseball or football field. Parking is in designated parking areas. RV’s are allowed in the middle school parking lot, but there is no power for them to hook up to. The middle school gymnasium has
six restrooms and six showers that will be available 24hrs for campers. The middle school gym has a carpeted foyer, as well as the gymnasium floor, that folks can sleep on if they need to. This would probably be best for the folks with CPAP machines, as outlets are available inside. There will be a shuttle
to Swinomish Village from this area starting at 10:00 each day. There is also volunteer parking on the reservation if you choose to use it..
